1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and cu77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cu77 website at cu77.bet and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other person who accesses, browses, or interacts with any part of the cu77 service.

11Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited at cu77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12Amendments to These Terms

cu77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cu77 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
